Yulin Fang is an assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems, city university of Hong kong. He earned his Ph.D. at richard Ivey School of Business, university of Western Ontario, london, Ontario. His current research is focused on knowledge management, virtual teams, and open source software projects. He has published papers in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, Information & Management, Communications of the AIS, and others.
